I had an excellent experience and can confidently say this organization truly deserves five stars. The staff were friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to listen carefully, understand my needs, and provide clear explanations without rushing the process. We are traveling along the freeway and the springs on our 5th wheel snapped. We were able to limp off the freeway where we were safe. I called Bobby who is the owner of S&H Garage. He was by my side within 30 minutes. He and his guys dropped the axle right there, got the 5th wheel to his shop, got replacement parts there by mid morning the next day and got us all fixed and back on the road before closing. Truly amazing and unheard of for such a major repair. He also offered us a place to dry camp overnight, even supplying us with water and bathrooms if we needed. A truly great man, professional, and extremely trustworthy. He was fantastic at explaining what happened, how he’s fixing it, what we need to make the system even stronger and maintenance tips for the future. We had a serious roadside emergency and we were extremely lucky it happened in Bobby’s area. Whether you have an emergency like we did or just need service in general, I could not recommend Bobby and S&H Garage any more. I’d give 100 stars if I could.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to S and G Garage, especially to Bob and his team, for their exceptional service and patience in educating us about truck driving. We rented a truck from Enterprise in Arizona, and when we received it, all six tires were underinflated, making the journey very difficult. Enterprise directed us to S and G for inspection. The meticulous and professional attitude of Bob and his team truly impressed me. Bob not only took the time to thoroughly inspect and fix the tires, but he also provided valuable tips and techniques during a test drive, greatly enhancing my understanding of truck driving.
