Awesome experience, I am traveling through LA and needed a part welded on my bike rack. No idea how I ended up here but they were great. Well organized shop, did the job straight away for a good price and very pleasant to deal with. Mainly mufflers and radiators but everything automotive

The vehicle ran better afterward, and there were no immediate leaks or warning signs, which was reassuring. The technicians clearly know their trade and focus on getting the job done rather than over-selling extra work. That said, communication could be smoother. Updates took longer than expected, and the waiting area was very basic, making longer waits a bit uncomfortable. The turnaround time was acceptable but not especially fast, especially during busy hours. Pricing felt reasonable, though a clearer breakdown upfront would have helped. Overall, the work quality was decent and dependable, but improvements in customer experience and communication would easily raise this to a higher rating.
