I’m from Las Vegas, and my car broke down in Los Angeles. I can’t say enough good things about the excellent, professional service provided by Mario and his team. I left the car at the shop and headed back to Las Vegas; the following Monday, I received an email with the full diagnosis. Mario explained over the phone what repairs were needed just to get the car back to Las Vegas. Two days later, I picked up the car and made it home safely. As a woman traveling alone, finding a repair shop that is transparent and honest about repairs is priceless. I recommend them 100 %. I wish that we had a shop like this in Vegas!! Thank you!

🔧 They replaced the serpentine belt, and the belt itself works properly — no noise, everything functions as expected. ✅ However, the overall quality control was disappointing, especially for a shop charging $160 per hour 💰. After the service, I noticed that the radiator cap was not fully tightened ❌. In addition, a loose rubber hose with hooks of unknown purpose was left under the hood near the A/C area ⚠️. It appears that this hose does not belong to my vehicle at all — why it was placed there and left behind is unclear. Only the mechanic who worked on the car could explain that. If I had not checked the car myself, this hose could have fallen into the serpentine belt, potentially causing serious damage — a broken belt, damage to the radiator, and being stranded on the road 🚗💥 with additional costs for towing and another repair shop. This is unacceptable. Additionally, the front bumper and trunk area were left dirty with greasy hand marks 🛢️✋. In summary, the main job was completed, but attention to detail and final inspection were clearly lacking ❗ At this price point, I expect a much higher level of professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

A good friend sent me to this shop for a quick once over before a road trip. Right out the gate 3 things about this shop really stood out. the most important for me was the amazing tidiness of this repair shop. I can appreciate a clean work environment. To me, it conveys how the shop will treat my car while it's in their care. Number 2 was the owners great energy as a human. And the trifecta 3 was the work they did on the car. I will absolutely be recommending this shop to anyone in need of a car mechanic on the west side.
