I had an excellent experience with Regal Repair Bodyshop. From start to finish, their team was professional, honest, and very easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair estimate, and finished the repair right on time. The quality of the work was outstanding — my car looks brand new again. The paint match was perfect, and you can’t even tell there was any damage before. Customer service was top-level. They kept me updated throughout the process and answered all my questions without rushing me. It’s hard to find a body shop you can truly trust, but these guys definitely earned my confidence. If you’re in North Hollywood or the LA area and need body work done, I highly recommend Regal Repair Bodyshop. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need repairs again.

I took my car to Regal repair a few weeks ago, after I was rear-ended in the freeway by a construction truck. The back of my car along the bumper was completely damaged. I was greeted by Hayk, owner of the body shop, he listened to my needs and concerns about my car, and he was very professional explaining in detail what my car needed very clearly. He let me know I would get a rental car as part of their service, no other shop offers this. I had gone to 2 other shops for quotes but I chose Regal for their excellent customer service making me feel I can really trust them. All through the process he always communicated with me updating me on my car. Hayk really cares for his customers. Today I picked up my vehicle and let me tell you, it looks brand new. Hayk and his team did an excellent job in the body work and painting. They went the extra mile to repair every detail that I had asked. I am very happy and satisfied with their work. I would definitely comeback if I ever need car repairs. I absolutely recommend Regal repair, the best body shop in California.

I rarely write reviews, but this time I felt I truly should. I brought my Kia Carnival to Regal Repair, and from the very beginning I knew I was in the right place. Hayk, the owner, is one of those people you immediately trust. He explained everything clearly, helped with the insurance process, and stayed in touch the whole time. It felt like he genuinely cared and treated my car as if it were his own. The paint, alignment, and overall finish look absolutely perfect. When I picked up the car, I honestly couldn’t tell it had ever been in an accident. They even cleaned it inside and out before returning it to me. What I appreciated most was the honesty, and the feeling that you’re dealing with real people who take pride in their work. The absolute experience! Before this I had never had a positive experience when it came to dealing with anything car related. Hayk was incredible. Communicative, more than fair, and had my back when the insurance company tried to rip me off. Not to mention when I got my car back it was beautiful. Looked brand new. I live on the westside but will always drive to north Hollywood if I ever need any body work. I will never go anywhere but Regal Repair.

Needing car repairs sucks, but Hajk made it a stress free experience. A rock took out a sensor on my Hyundai ioniq 5. Hajk walked us through everything and how it works with insurance. He gave us a courtesy rental car and fixed everything. He couldn’t have been nicer, excellent customer service. Only place I’ll be going from now on if I need future repairs.
