It was May 30th, Saturday evening at 6:30pm and no tire shops except Red’s Tires was open in the area. I was Lyft/Uber driving and just dropped off passengers at the Pasadena Rose Bowl for a soccer match when my low air tire pressure indicator alerted me. I checked online for tire shops and out of the many that are listed, Red’s Tires was the only shop open in the area. I knew I was in trouble because within 10 min of putting air, my tire was low again. When I called Red’s, Daisy answered the phone and reassured me that they could help me. Daisy gave me special instructions to enter through the auto zone parking lot to reach their shop. There I met Daisy and Richard who repaired my tire in a matter of minutes. Not only did they help me patching the air leak, Daisy checked my other tires and advised me that both of my rear tires were dangerously low on tread, practically balding and they could give me a deal on a pair of new or used tires. Needless to say they gave me such a great deal on two tires, which they had in stock, that I couldn’t refuse! Richard and Daisy are two of the nicest people I have ever met. They are professional in all aspects of their business and I just can’t give them enough praise for helping me out. If anyone needs tore service I recommend Red’s Tire Shop 100%

Richard is a life saver. We showed up the other night with a hole in our tire. We live hours away and we were scared we wouldn't make it home. It was at a time they would've been closed too, but they were there because they're working on enhancing their business to offer a mobile service in the future. We were lucky anyone was around. They took a quick look and couldn't find the hole right away. So they brought in our car and found an unfixable hole on the side of the tire. They got us a good quality used tire to replace it right then and there. They helped us when they didn't have to. I am so thankful they were able to help us get home. (Also very thankful to the Autozone worker next store who helped us meet Richard or this wouldn't have happened)
