I can’t say enough great things about Chino at Rarity Auto. After I posted in a Tesla Facebook group that I messed up my car trying to install aftermarket mudflaps, Chino actually went out of his way to reach out and help me. That alone speaks volumes. He took the time to order certified replacement parts and made sure everything was done correctly. Even though it was a small job, he treated me like a top-priority customer and provided the utmost service from start to finish. The shop was clean, comfortable, and professional, and the wait time was minimal. The whole experience was seamless and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back for custom interior lighting next, and I love that they offer all kinds of customization, including wraps. If you’re looking for quality work and exceptional service, Rarity Auto is it. I highly recommend it.

View on GoogleRarity is a unique spot. I was assigned my service advisor (Chino) that I was able to reach 24/7 with his work cell number. I came in for routine maintenance as well as some replacements. Pricing was pretty standard, no cut corners, but for the customer service and convenience, man it was worth it. Chino updated me throughout my service with photos and texts explaining what was happening. Some may find that annoying but that kind of transparency is truly rare. I was getting photos of my old part next the new part and following up with a picture of it installed. It’s like I was there! Sometimes these guys get busy and can’t get back right away but when they do, it’s with their full attention. I’ve been to other auto shops where I was being quoted for services that couldn’t be explained. Here with these Rarity Auto guys, the estimates and invoices are so detailed, they even include time breakdowns and part numbers, some other places only give you a service title and price! I think the service took a little longer than expected but that’s only because Chino is in there, hands on, under or inside the car, verifying the service is up to his standards, which is pretty high. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance or repairs!
