Carlos at Quality Mufflers was excellent to work with. He picked up my car around 1:30 PM and had it ready within a few hours. I had a catalytic converter installed, and the work was done quickly, cleanly, and at a fair price. What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism. I thought I might have a starter issue, but instead of upselling me, Carlos took the time to explain why it likely was not necessary and recommended monitoring it first. That level of transparency is hard to find. He also sent photos of the work and walked me through everything over the phone, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled mechanic, I highly recommend Quality Mufflers. I will definitely be coming back for future work.

Hello, Just be aware that you will have to go back there a few times to correct all his welding mistakes. It’s funny that the name is Quality Mufflers but in reality there’s ZERO QUALITY. The owner is a cool dude but the job he’s done on my car was super bad. Long story short, I removed 2 secondary cats from my Porsche and the muffler and we straight piped the car. The first day, one of the exhausts felt to the ground so I went back and he welded it again. Second day the other exhaust felt to the ground so I went back to him and he said he’s busy and will call me in a couple hours. BUT INDEED HE NEVER CALLED. The weld job looks like Mickey Mouse job, it leaks from 5 different locations, the exhaust won’t stay on on its brackets because his weld was too poor. What a waste of my time and my money, will never suggest this place to anyone and definitely won’t go back there even if he offered to work on my car for free. I payed him a premium in cash for the worst weld I’ve ever seen.
