5 stars across the board for this place. I’m extremely happy with the results of my car. I damaged my vehicle and was recommended to this place thru a friend. From day 1 there was nothing but professionalism. Except thru the first contact person Joaquin. He should not be working for them. He actually made me lose money and lied to me so many times. Really bad for business. But once my car was at the shop and I dealt with the real workers of the company I felt safe and knew I was taken care of. Ashley and the girls in the office are top tier! On their game! They are also all really nice but about business! Also Alex and his team with his ample amount of knowledge in his field of profession. My car was there for 2 weeks. I was informed about everything and was given updates on the vehicle. When I got the vehicle back there was an issue with my lights but they took me in immediately and gave me a resolution to get it fixed. I am extremely happy. Thank you guys!

I was hit by a neighbors friend and Precise Auto Body took care of me! They handled everything with the insurance company and had my car back within 2 weeks. During that time they also worked on an old open claim that I had for my back bumper. I got my car back looking clean and almost brand new! Thank you Precise for all of your work done!
