I recently switched to this location after moving closer, and Frank went exceptionally beyond my expectations. He never once tried to pressure or scare me about due maintenance, which had happened at times at the other location I went to for over two years. Instead, he gave thoughtful, expertise based advice, clearly explaining how to best use and care for my car in a way that made sense. Throughout the entire process, he was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to listen and make sure I felt comfortable and informed. I’m kind of at the midpoint between where I used to go and Woodland Hills, but I’ll definitely be bringing my car here.

I typically have good service here - I might bring my business to Beverly Hills moving forward because I came in for a really petty service, it was a speaker rattle which the Macans are notorious for (mostly they get blown out you can google it) and I was told my warranty wouldn't cover it because it expired but I've only had my car for a year and five months (it is a current lease on a pre-owned car so I am the second person to lease it) and was told the warranty on the car was extended for everything (from Beverly Hills where I purchased) but your service department wouldn't honor that. It was a 330$ charge and I know for that petty of a price it would've been comped at another dealership especially because I have an extended warranty which should cover it regardless, I haven't even had the car for two years or three years. I don’t want to take my business calls in my car on speakers that rattle shouldn’t even be happening in this caliber of a brand period. I’ve had all sorts of luxury vehicles and never ran into this issue ever. Ultimately not really the service I expect from a high end dealership.
