Paul and Lewis know their stuff..! If you have SMOG CHECK ISSUES, BRING IT HERE..! My '97 Audi did not pass smog 2 years ago and I had it with a Bureau Automotive Repair authorized mechanic for 4 months and they could not figure out the emission issue. I started calling other BAR mechanic and they would not touch a '97 Audi. Then I call Paul and here is a guy that can speak clearly and honestly on the phone, will give you his 2 cents via e-mail and finally I bring the car. It is clear the challenge is not for every mechanic, but after a few tries, he figures out the issue and the car is back in business. Thank you Paul...!

For years, now, I've been getting spammed by them. I don't live in Sherman oaks and I don't even have a car. They keep telling me they'll take me off their mailing list yet I keep getting emails. Hopefully they're great at smog but they need to hire someone else to help manage their newsletter!!!!!
