They do the job the right way! I’m a satisfied customer. They have friendly customer service for all of their customers. This was my first time coming here and now I will be returning for any tire needs. The man who helped me this morning, helped me place my spare tire in my trunk and even went out of his way to put my baby’s stroller away too. I had to tip him. He did the work fast and with actual purpose. They have excellent prices too! Thank you Pacific Tire.

Excellent place to take your vehicle for a quick and efficient service. I had a Chevy Express econovan with a stripped lugnut that I couldn't take off. I took it there and they took the lugnut off, replaced the tire and installed it in less than 10 minutes, and they were busy with other vehicles. Best part is that it was on a Saturday. I had called four other places and nobody else even answered. The price was fair as well. I'll be taking my other vehicles there from now on. Great job guys. They bailed me out from a tight spot.

Very bad service from the owner was on Saturday I went to go patch my tires, unfortunately did a nasty job on Sunday. My tires are flat. I waited because it was a holiday and I went back on Tuesday and the owner started yelling at me. That wasn’t his fault unfortunate. That’s why I paid. He goes give this lady her money back. I don’t wanna hear her. I think that is very poor customer service. I would never go back to them. I know most of you have had a good experience with them but unfortunately I didn’t. Just be careful as us woman when we take the cars to get tires checked these guys are taking advantage specially, if you’re alone. But on my experience, I’m not alone I talk back and I told him it’s so sad that us Mexicans need to help each other , and unfortunately they see us and they don’t help us. So good luck out there going to them I will never go back, and I will write them very low score. And I am doing a file against him.

Came to change one wheel. My card was blocked. Banks are closed on Saturday. Offered to transfer money via zelle. I was refused. 21st century, the era of online payment, and for this service all this is unavailable. They gave me my unusable wheel. I just wasted my time. Terrible service.
