Really like these guys. They are busy so that's always a good sign...and they weren't stressed about it. Did what they said, heard my concerns and addressed them. Delivered ahead of schedule... and, they know their way around a couple 4 barrel holleys like it's their job! 🙂 Could have used a little more proactive update during assessment phase...i had to call. But again, they are busy...

View on GoogleTook a Toyota Truck there after other guys couldn't fix the steering clunk and they got me back on the road safely after 4 months of not being able to drive it. All I can say is... they are great respectful very hard working guys. They found money that got trapped inside the cab and placed it on the console and returned it. That said about their good quality control. I'll go back as a 1st choice. *Update -Took another vehicle in....this time it was a very bad bad differential issue on a 4Runner which was pretty much un usable, but Otto's Resurrected both of my Vehicles without charging me to death and with and in good time. Some other Shops talked to me like I'm Stupid many times... I know Big Marine Diesels like Marine V 12's V 16's, but I know Cars are Different, I understand Mechanics though. So when shops talked to me like I'm Stupid, I'm out. Glad Ottos is around. I met Mr. Otto himself... He's a top notch Guy and runs a great Business !! God Bless His Business.

View on GoogleExcellent service, great work, and saved a whole bunch of money. A friend referred Otto's to me when my VW was in need of a lot of maintenance, and the VW specialist was charging about double what Otto's prices were across the board. Needless to say, Otto completely outdoes its competitors. They will also give out referrals to other shops for other specific jobs/custom works if they're filled up with customers. I wish I could them 6 stars.
