They went above and beyond and I plan to go back for future needs. I needed to repair some of the window motors/regulators and some of the lock actuators on my 2004 Scion. The OEM parts were *extremely* expensive. So they bought after market parts. One of the parts was not as advertised, so it didn't quite work properly. They kept trying different suppliers. They ended up having to try 4 times and eventually found a used actuator that was in good condition. I appreciate that they didn't give up. They also had my car hand washed since it had been sitting in their lot for so long while they were trying to fix the issue. They also did a thorough complementary systems check and provided a write-up of suggested work and how urgent it is. They took time to explain the recommendations and I did not feel that they were pressuring me to do work they was not needed. They also suggested how to 'batch' work to reduce cost. Their prices were good and they seemed very honest. Their communication was pretty good (not perfect, but pretty good). Eric, at the desk, was very friendly and informative when we spoke. Update: they also gave me a free CarFax report! They are the only shop to have ever done this!

Brought my 2015 Hyundai Elantra to have the clock spring replaced along with an issue with the parking lights. Eric and his crew handled it great. They were thorough with detecting the issue, and fully explained what they found, and did the repair. The price was descent, and the service very professional.
