I had a flat tire and they were not able to find the problem and still charged me. Went to another tire shop and they found the issue in 1 minute, check the video on how it was found in another shop, so easy and simple I don’t recommend coming here if you don’t want to waste time and money
View on GoogleI went to this tire shop to have a gash in my tire inspected after it was caused by a blade. Before leaving, I noticed a large construction staple positioned directly behind my rear tire, right where it could have punctured the tire as I reversed out. I had already walked around my vehicle when I arrived, and I did another walk-around right before leaving. That is the only reason I caught it. While I was speaking with Omar, it appeared that one of the workers strategically placed the staple there behind my tire. Whether this was intentional or not, it looked extremely suspicious, unprofessional, and strategical. I came in for a tire inspection and almost left with another tire puncture. Customers should not have to worry about games like this while their attention is focused elsewhere. I would not recommend this shop.
View on GoogleHad an emergency needed a specific tire they didn’t have in stock. But they had it in the warehouse. I was told it would b at the shop in a hour or less. 2 hours went by I called to see if it was delivered, I was told order was never processed because of no deposit when the person that helped me said I didn’t need to leave a deposit. Second time this happens with this tire business. The first time they forgot to order my tire two different times. Worst customer service
View on GoogleOur landlord recommended Omar's for car service 7 years ago and they have provided fantastic service for our various vehicles over the years. We are retired and don't have a lot of money for car repairs and many times my girlfriend has gone to Omar when a piece of her car falls off, cheap plastic bumpers side panels etc. and they have put them back on for her and didn't even charge her. If I get a screw in my tire I go there and it's fixed in about 10-15 minutes for a very small fee. I have also had larger repairs done there and it's always been reasonable enough that I could afford it without having to tap into my "beer" money.
