After the first two years of free service was done, I canceled my extended service schedule. They were absolutely terrible. Called and asked what service they will be doing, they said oil change, fluid fill, tire rotation, etc. Then turns out all they do is tire rotation and fluid topoff. This happened almost every time I took it in. The last time I took my car they did an oil change and the wonderful technicians must have used an impact to tighten the ould filter housing unit and the metal skid plate covering the undercarriage. The bolts for the undercarriage were stripped, the housing unit couldnt be broken loose. Had to order special tools and a breaker bar to take it out. See picture of snapped tool.
