I just wanted to give a quick heads up to Mike for helping me today. My car was stuck in an intersection and they came out so quickly and really saved the day. They helped me get to the transmission repair shop. And the service was great and Mike was Very helpful. Once again, thank you so much and appreciate the great service.

I used Northridge Service to help with my sister car. Her tire blew out and she needed to get it changed out to her spare tires. Mahsum was the driver assigned to my request call. It was estimated that he'll take about an hour to get to us but he called he right after the request was put in and that he was ten minutes away. Mahsum found us quickly and went straight to work. He swapped out the bad tire to the spare and put the bad tire in the trunk for us.

I had called AAA for a tow due to not being able to drive my vehicle, not due to any problem with the vehicle driving. The driver(Nathan J) broke my shifter stick by accident trying to get my car off the flatbed. I understand accidents happen, but I have been trying to get a hold of them to reimburse me the $700 I had to pay out of pocket to fix my vehicle and they haven’t responded to me to resolve the issue. This is completely unprofessional and I wouldn’t want this company towing my vehicle again if this is how they handle damaged vehicles that their drivers cause. I am still waiting for Ryan to call me back after having everything including pictures and the AAA CLAIM he needs to be able to reimburse me for the damage that was caused to my vehicle by their driver (Nathan J). Also every time I call them directly Ryan is available to talk to me until I tell them my name or what I am calling about. Once they hear that he’s all of a sudden “in a meeting”. I just want them to fix the problem that they created and pay me what I am owed due to their lack of service and respect for their customers.

I broke down off the 118 freeway at 5:35 PM on a Sunday afternoon and called AAA. I was towing a U-Haul trailer. AAA screwed up, as they often do, and gave towing companies the wrong address, sending towing companies to the opposite end of the Valley. However after a few more phone calls, they finally got it right. Northridge Service dispatched a flatbed wrecker to my location, and Luis explained that it violated their policy to tow a vehicle with a trailer, even if their truck has a hitch. Basically, Luis was there to check up on my welfare, since I'd now been there for three hours, and I really appreciated that. He told me to call back when I was able to arrange for the trailer to be picked up separately. An hour later at 8:35 PM, I did arrange for a friend to pick up my trailer and my truck was now ready to be towed. I called Luis back and got no answer. I called Northridge Service back several times and got no answer. I called AAA back, and they literally told me that Northridge Service dispatch flat-out refused to do business with me for some reason, choosing instead to leave a motorist stranded at night, in a dangerous area and with no heat or provisions. Nice... After several more calls to AAA, they finally were able to secure Mike's Towing for me, but they were not able to pick me up until 1:30 AM. Yes, that's 8 hours stranded. I don't blame Luis with Northridge, as he was doing his best to look out for my safety and seemed genuinely concerned. But the actions of the dispatcher at NSI were inexcusable, and frankly, he/she should not be working in any customer-service related business. AAA should also remove NSI from their list of towing companies, as they are unreliable and their actions are dangerous. However I will leave a stellar review for Mike and Mike's Towing, for getting me home, even if it was at 2:00 AM. Picture of Mike picking up my truck included...

Car wouldn’t start ,called AAA and had George from Northridge services at my car within 20 minutes, was very helpful and told me what the problem was and fixed it. Very courteous. Would recommend them anytime.
