I had a few repairs done on my Tacoma last week after my truck overheated on the way to work. I had to find a mechanic quick to tow it to, and was lucky that Dan and his team let me bring it in! Friendly, honest, excellent communication, and I knew that my truck was in good hands. I appreciated the thorough engine exam as I had just hit 200k! I had a few other things I needed checked and Dan took care of it for me. I will definitely be returning, and would highly recommend this shop to others!

I have been going to Dan for about ten years now. He and John always take amazing care of our cars and they are really good humans. I trust them, the work they do and how helpful they are. I am so grateful to have found them and send all my friends in to see them. Prices are absolutely reasonable (and they offer a AAA discount) and they are upfront and honest. Highly recommend!

Best service I have had ever. My back left lateral binder broke while driving through Cold water canyon, called AAA and they towed me there, they weren’t open (as expected) so I filled out the drop off info and put the key in the envelope and put in the drop box. I also left a voicemail cause I’m extra lol, they got back to me Monday morning with the diagnosis, they needed to order the part and said it would be ready by Wednesday. Typically I give a little wiggle room cause life happens and things don’t workout sometimes but lo and behold got a call mid afternoon my car was ready on Wednesday! QUICK AND THOROUGH! AMEN. Will definitely be back. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

I went in for a clock spring. My friend had already told me it was likely the clock spring that had my airbag light blinking. Pros: Quick service, takes off diag fee if fixed. Was told they needed the car all day but was done in 2 hours. 3 year warranty. Cons: overcharged I believe. I’d asked before the service how much the part was and was told it was 800.00. My complete total was 1200.00. They said they only use authentic parts. When I told John I found the part at Nissan for 500.00 he said we use parts from world parts. I asked for a receipt where they purchased and was not provided it. I also asked via text twice for this because the bond company stated the part wasn’t that much and I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t receive the receipt from world parts. Never got a response so I’d say next time I’ll shop around more. I was just hesitant to do this with clock spring because wires were involved, my steering wheel and airbag. Besides price and receipt, no other concerns.
