I was so pleased with the outcome of fixing tail light and bumper of my Mazda CX5. Tom and Kathrin delivered as promised. Making an appointment for an estimate was easy. The whole process from beginning to end was great. My car looks fabulous. She looks new. Showroom finished. So very happy. Highly recommended by my mechanic and I am super happy. I highly recommend them too.

I got into my first car accident recently and was so freaked out by it, but the team at North Hollywood Auto Body took great care of my car and was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Katherine walked me through everything and even helped me book a rental car for the time that the repairs needed to be completed. My car was fixed in a timely manner and looks good as new! I can't thank them enough for their work and for their kindness.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Tom and Katherine and the whole group of guys in the back are wonderful people. They are great at their job but most important they are really nice people. I just moved here less than 4 months ago so I don't know any of them before last week. I had a fender bender in the trader joe's parking lot and need to get my taillight fix. I did a google serch and found them at the top of the list. The got great reviews so I called and they were able to take me right away. I drove there in 10 minutes and Tom did and estimate and That was a thursday and friday I called and they told me to bring the car in Monday morning at 8:30. I guess Katherine was running a little late so one of the guys from the back saw me waiting and came up to ask me if I needed help. I told him I was here to fix my car, so another guy came up from the back and took my info, then took my car in the back. within 2 days my car was fix and it looks new again. BTW they did this for a really cheap price too. UP DATE 3-23-2021 I had to use them again and I must say they really do it right.  I had to get a new front bumper because of low parking cement slabs,  and cracked it pretty bad.  So I called and made an appointment to have them give me an estimate on it.  Well for a new bumper it was a little over $900.00 but because I wrote a good review for them a year before, they did it for $800.  But what is even better(this is one of the things that puts them way ahead of the others) they took a small piece of my bumper.  They then ordered the bumper, matched the paint with the small  piece they cut from my bumper.  Then when they had it all painted and ready to put on, they called me to set up an appointment.  I dropped off my car and in 2 hours it was done.  Not 2 days, not even 1 day was I without my car,  It was 2 hours.  They are Great! Love Katherine and Tom p.s. i don't have a picture of the front bumper but it looks like it's a brand new car. Another update 8/12/24 My husband had an accident this time, not me. But nothing to bad so went back. And another great job. Last Tuesday went in for a quote told them go ahead with reasonable quote. Left deposit and they got the part, panted it, and then called me to put part on. Said 2 hours was less than 11/2 hours. Also when we dropped off the car we ask if side step could be added on. It was slightly damaged few months back. Was slightly bent. When I went to pick up the car, it was same quote, I ask how much for fixing the side step. They said NO CHARGE! Who does that???? Great people there.

My experience here could not have been better! My car was sideswiped and had multiple damaged panels. Not only did they match my metallic paint perfectly, and fix every point of impact, but they responded quickly gave me reasonable expectations about repair time and cost, worked with my insurance, and they were professional and kind. And they somehow got some pretty stubborn sap off the roof of my car and gave it back to me looking like I had just gotten it detailed.

This is a small family owned business, so you know they do incredible work. I have had to use their services more times than I wish I had. But, I am at peace knowing my car will get taken care of. Tom is always very fair with the prices he gives me and the turn around times are always what they said it would be. Their communication is amazing.
