I’ve gone to previous mechanics before and Tommy was by far the kindest mechanic I’ve worked with. I didn’t have to wait long for a regular serviced oil change, tire rotation, and the prices are not bad at all. Very reasonable. I complained about a noise under my front tire and they fixed it in an hour!
View on GoogleCannot recommend this place enough! Sammy is very patient and knowledgeable, and he worked on my 2016 Prius. I’ve given thousands to the Toyota dealership and they couldn’t even be bothered to fill up my coolant 😒 Sammy took care of everything right away and got me back on the road ASAP for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI came to new Arleta Japanese because I had driven by a few times and wanted to give them a try since I own three Japanese cars. I was helped by Samy the owner, he has been very Pleasant to deal with. I been coming here for various mechanical issues from a simple oil change to getting all the motor mounts replaced on one of my vehicles. Samy has always been very patient, honest and helpful in all occasions. I will definitely keep coming here for my car repairs and will continue to recommend their services.
View on GoogleTom is nice but everytime I took my car there they charge at least 400 us. Tom called me saying my car was making a noise it wasn't making when I took it there, and I had no choice but pay and trust. But it happened often. I think they overcharge . I stopped trusting him when every oil change ended up being 400+dollars and he added more and more stuff, finally he said to take him my income tax because to fix my car was gonna be 2500. I took it to a different mechanic and they charged me 150. Sorry I dont trust this mechanic any longer
View on GoogleTook my car in for a radiator fix. They left a check engine light on that I didn't have before bringing my car to their shop, so I took it back to have it looked at again. $1000 total in "repairs" and my car still isn't fixed. My car is stalling at stops, has a rough idle, delayed acceleration, lower power output, and worse mileage than before. I had to take my car to a different mechanic who found the repairs were incomplete. New Arleta uses zip ties. ZIP TIES, in place of the "new parts" they order and bill you for. Additionally, they never did a chemical test or inspection of the head gasket after installing the new radiator, and they also damaged/severed the hose from my wiper fluid reservoir. If you come here, you better be prepared for disappointment and best know a lawyer to take them to civil court for work not done.
