I typically don’t write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to help others avoid a similar situation. About two weeks ago, my Toyota Prius wouldn't start, which prompted me to search for nearby auto mechanics online. I found this electric auto mechanic shop and decided to give them a call. Upon explaining the issue, the mechanic advised me to bring my car in for a diagnostic test, which would cost $150. I agreed to this fee and took my car to their shop. After a few hours, the mechanic called to inform me that they had diagnosed the problem. They mentioned that the sensors needed programming, and the total cost for this service would be $700. Although I was unsure what sensor programming entailed, I proceeded with the payment because I wanted my car back in working condition. When I received the receipt, it stated "programming and parts." I inquired about the parts that had been replaced, but they clarified that no parts had been changed, which left me confused. However, my car was operational, so I took it home. The very next day, my car began displaying multiple warning lights, prompting me to contact the shop again. They instructed me to return the car for further inspection. After another round of diagnostics, I was told that the issue was actually a failing battery, and I would need to pay an additional $800 for this service. This was particularly disappointing, as it felt like the initial diagnosis had been incorrect. In total, I found myself facing a bill of $1,500, which was shocking. I genuinely wish they had conducted a more thorough examination of my car before concluding that it was a sensor programming issue. To ensure I had a second opinion, I took my car to another mechanic, who did not charge me for the inspection and quickly identified the real problem. They were also surprised by the high charges from the first shop. I strongly advise caution when choosing where to take your vehicle. It’s essential to find a reputable auto shop that prioritizes thorough diagnostics over unnecessary charges. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this particular mechanic shop.

Honest and great service, before giving a estimate he checks properly the car to give a fair price, I found my new reliable mechanic, can’t recommend this place enough Meanwhile other places wants to over charge me + 300, he said it was only minor issues and charge me 160 Explains very well and effective communication Even if the place is full, he managed to attend me in less than 1 hour

Brake and tail lights on 1983 Toyota Camry LE weren’t working and I couldn’t figure it out. Brought it here and they diagnosed it to be the Lamp Failure Sensor very quickly. Just needed some soldering and fixing of the connectors. Very quick to fix and good work.

Replaced stock upper control arms with aftermarket corrected angle arms. Replaced lower control arms with new Yukon lower control arms. Attempted to replace my struts with coilovers but I didn't have the correct parts to make it happen on my end. All in all 100% solid guys working there and the owner stands by his work with follow ups and great communication skills, English or Spanish. The shop was recommended by my neighbor and didn't disappoint. Great & fair prices worth every penny.
