I recently brought my white Porsche to NB Collision Center, and I’m extremely impressed with the results. Mike and his team were professional, transparent, and attentive throughout the entire process. From the initial estimate to the final pickup, Mike kept me updated and made sure everything was handled properly including coordinating with the insurance company. The repair quality exceeded my expectations. The paint match on my white Porsche is flawless, and the car honestly looks like it just came off the showroom floor. You can tell they take pride in precision and high-end vehicles. If you care about your car and want it done right, I highly recommend NB Collision Center. Cannot recommend this collision center enough. They gave me an excellent price and never tried to tack on random charges or upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They were super transparent the whole process — they explained exactly what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and even showed me everything so I understood what was going on with my car. As a younger driver out in LA, it can honestly feel intimidating dealing with car stuff sometimes, but they treated me with a lot of respect and patience. I never felt taken advantage of or brushed off. Great customer service, honest work, and overall just really good people. Definitely would recommend.

I had my car repaired at this body shop and Armen was extremely helpful and kind. He even took care of my rental car arrangements and made sure everything was handled properly. My car came out looking like brand new. I live in Koreatown but I am really glad I chose this body shop instead of going to one nearby. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this body shop. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is definitely worth it !

This was the worst repair experience I’ve had. I paid over $6,000 expecting my vehicle to be restored to its pre-accident condition, as promised. Instead, the paint on the front of my car does not even match the rest of the vehicle. It’s obvious, sloppy, and completely unacceptable for professional body work. The issues didn’t stop there. The lights were not properly repaired, leaving me with ongoing problems that should have been resolved the first time. The loaner car situation was just as bad. I was given a dirty vehicle that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Rather than handling it themselves, they gave me a coupon and told me to go get it cleaned somewhere else. That’s not how a professional business operates. What’s even more concerning is the lack of accountability. When I requested warranty information for the repairs, I was ignored. No documentation, no follow-up—nothing. For a shop that charges thousands of dollars, refusing to provide basic warranty information is unacceptable. Between the poor quality of work, lack of professionalism, and refusal to provide documentation, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to think twice and make sure you get everything in writing upfront—especially warranties and repair details.
