James was incredibly helpful and nice inspecting my brakes after they had an issue driving on a steep downhill road. He explained there was nothing wrong with the brakes and the issue was due to heavy driving, they were now operating normally. He also helped me figure out what services I needed at what intervals. Very honest mechanic. Thank you!
View on GoogleThe owner had a doctor’s appointment and had to leave early, and mechanics could not do invoice, so I had to return the next day. Besides this minor glitch, I would definitely return for the future and recommend this auto shop to others. Had I not gone there during my lunch break and must return to work, thus needed my car, I would have stayed for additional service such as tire rotation. This is one of the best auto repair shops I have been to. The local weather was bad: it was 90 degrees in mid October, so I would not recommend you wait there when your car is serviced like I did, instead, drop off your car when you can.
View on GoogleIf James and staff at My Car Auto can do it, they’ll do it as well as anywhere else, for as affordable a price as you’ll find, and with more integrity than most. I’ve never felt more comfortable dropping my car for service, nor more confident picking it up, than I do here. My family brings our cars here for 10+ years and will go out of our way to do so. I can’t recommend anyone higher.

No upselling. It also means you should pay attention to noises and the functions of your car, but even if you aren't the technical type, they can find the problem but just understand that it'll take more time to find out the root cause.
