Munoz did my transmission which is so far so good right now but from my personal experience I would advise who ever uses this shop services to throughly inspect there vehicle before paying and or leaving the shop because I experienced additional damages that was not related to my transmission repair and when bringing it to the shops attention they were in denial of any wrong doing of breaking my hood shock and breaking a emissions hoses that was connected to my secondary air pump which resulted in my check light coming on so there for there customer service to me was very unprofessional as far as I'm concerned

Good afternoon everyone, my transmission blow out last week and you are always worried about the place that is going to be honest and they are going to hook you up with some LOVE we found this place on a little magazine and we called Mr Leo Munoz on the phone told my husband what he could do for us and after calling a couple more places my husband was really happy and we brought the truck. On Saturday we drop it off and it was ready for pick today about 10:00 am I took it for a test drive and it feels good sometimes we just have to trust people will do there job. Nice people the place looks really clean and answered all our questions

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I took my car here just to have a alternator changed and when I got my car back it shut off a block away from their shop. I got the car to start however they were closed by then so I took it home which is only a few blocks from their shop. When I made it home my car was acting like it was overheating, my fans came on, and now my car won't start at all. I'm trying to get them to rectified the situation before I file a claim against them because prior to me having my car worked on there I didn't have any of the issues that I'm having now. And this was recent 4/23/2024.

My mother brought her car in to get some work done on the transmission and when she got it back it wasn’t up to parr. Due to her lack of time she kept the car a while longer until the problem got so bad she had to return for more work, now the car is running smoother but still not how it should be running. I feel if they were professional they would have the common decency to let her know that she could perhaps need a new transmission but instead they keep half fixing her car and taking her money. The reality is they, are out for $$, do not have your best interest in mind, and I would not fully trust them unless you know what’s up with cars. At least that way they can’t pull one on you.
