This morning I woke to a warning on my dash saying that I had Low Air Pressure in my passenger side rear tire. Unfortunately, it wasn't low if was flat and on the rim. There was a piece of metal in the tire most likely from all the road construction going on in the area. I put some air in and drove straight to Mountain View Tire. I was given all the possible scenarios of whether a patch would work or if I would need to purchase a new tire and the prices associated with the repair from Michael (if my memory is correct). He was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Fortunately, the tire was able to be patched and they were honest about that. If they had told me I needed a new tire, I would have just had to trust them but they made sure to help me when I was in a tough situation. All the employees were very nice and helpful and I was in and out of there fairly quickly. The shop is super clean with plenty of seats. This is a well-organized operation and I appreciate your help this morning. I will return to this shop in the future when I need assistance.

I would have given a 4 or five star rating but the fact they force you to call into a call center almost made me find another tire shop. But they had the best deal, saving me hundreds of dollars. The first lady barely spoke English and hung up on me when I asked what she said for the third time. Then I called back and the second girl was really rude and made me make an in person appointment even though she couldn’t give me any prices. Really horrible customer service experience but the actual people at the tire center made up for it.
View on GoogleThey told me my alignment would cost 135 over the phone and they charged me 195 when I got there. Claimed it was an “exotic alignment” it’s 2 tie rods in the front. Can’t adjust the rear if you wanted to. So they charged me 195 and there was nothing exotic about the alignment, didn’t even take his shirt offload (lol). When I asked the manager why I’m getting charged so much he said it’s because it’s a Tesla. It’s only 2 tie rods!! Rip off find something on Groupon. All the techs are great but management needs some upgrades
View on GoogleBoth the manager and his team works extremely prompt into the Point, I told them I was in a hurry and they accommodated I had a big nail in my tire in my rental vehicle and needed to get taken care of stat. They were in and out great job to these guys and girls!
View on GoogleI just had the best experience here. I’ve been experiencing issues with losing pressure in my tires. I have been back and forth with a local Chevy dealer, who were not helpful and challenging to work with. Anyway, I was greeted immediately and explained my concerns. My car was looked at quickly and the issues resolved with thorough inspection and explanation. The customer service and technician were top notch. I will be back here for any further maintenance.
