I had a great experience at Mountain View Tire & Auto Service. I came in needing help figuring out what was going on with my car, and the team was very helpful throughout the process. Jose assisted me and took the time to explain the issue clearly, which I really appreciated.
View on GoogleEmployees did a great job however I don’t understand why the new policy when my tire pressure check light is on, they need to inspect my entire car. I used to come to this place since it took 3-5 minutes to check the tires, fill up the air or fix the issue. The new policy makes me want to take my car elsewhere cause 30 minutes or longer for checking tires is a little ridiculous. Especially when I have a job and kid.
View on GoogleIf I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Store hours say they close at 6 PM. I showed up at 4:30 on a Saturday. Plenty of time, right? Not for this manager, who looked like I ruined his weekend just by walking in. Instead of doing his job, he made up some nonsense about my front suspension being “blown” — without touching, checking, or inspecting a single thing. Which is hilarious, considering my car is brand new from the dealer. Just say you’re lazy and don’t want to work. Don’t insult my intelligence with a lie. To top it off, he cussed me out — and yes, I have the video. That’s not just bad service. That’s a store manager throwing a tantrum on company time. Right now, I’m sitting at your competitor’s shop just two minutes down the road. They greeted me with a smile, took care of my car, and were more than happy to get the business you clearly didn’t want. This will be escalated to corporate. If you’re the franchise owner or corporate rep reading this, clean up your house. That manager is a liability.
View on GoogleI scheduled an oil change appointment with their scheduling center and was quoted a price. When I got to the shop the price was a lot different and they told me that the quote was incorrect. Then Salvador, the store manager, said he was going to honor the quote I got, which I thought was really great! They started work on my car as soon as I got there and were done in a half hour. Salvador explained everything that they found, which wasn't much but he was thorough and detailed. I would easily come back here again! I think I trust Salvador to be an honest person.
