I've been a customer of Monaco Motors for over 6 years. The team of Rosty and Omar keep my silver 2004 C320 Mercedes running smoothly and a pleasure to drive. No matter what the mechanical or electronics issue that arises, the Monaco experts find the long-lasting and most cost-effective solution that puts me back on the road - fast. They're honest, detailed, and thorough. (And Jose is their best ambassador!) I highly recommend them.

I have had my Mercedes E 430 both maintained and repaired at Monaco Motors for nearly 10 years and I can't say enough about the love and care I have felt at their shop. Both for me and my car. Each time I get my car back, even though it's a number of years old now. It's like a brand new car. The prices are great. The service is amazing and the repairs are first rate. Wade, the owner treats you like family and Eddie in the front office is just terrific. There is no place in Southern California that I would even think to bring my car.

Amazing! I went to Monaco Motors for a simple repair and I was blown away. First, i noticed that the facility is immaculately clean. Then, their service guys are very nice and knowledgable. Then, they were so courtious. This is the way customer service should be! My hat is off to you Monaco Motors!

Normally, I don't entertain places that leave flyers on my car because I tend to do my own research, but I am very happy with my experience at Monaco, and probably will continue to come here moving forward. They left two flyers on my car on different occasions, months apart, so I finally decided to give them a call. I had called the day before, and they informed me that they had a lot of appointments for the next day so they wouldn't be able to immediately take care of the car, but if I dropped it off they would 100% take care of it by the end of the day. They not only adhered to that, but they dealt with it way faster than I anticipated and had my car back to me by 10 after I dropped it off around 8 and that was great because right after dropping it off my day turned into chaos where I would need my car, so I didn't have to stress. I have my first Euro car, coming from driving American vehicles for the last decade and a half. So, naturally, I'm a little green when it comes to German maintenance but I know that it's more than the average vehicle. I had some issues with my car that were concerning to me, so I brought it in. My car is also pretty heavily modified, and that didn't seem to run any issues at all. Eddie was my main point of contact, and he was great. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were also very friendly and welcoming and truly made the place feel great. I had an idea of where to start looking based on my car's concerns, and as I was explaining it Eddie pretty much agreed on the spot based on my explanation that my guess is likely correct and after looking at it, he verified my motor mount is showing signs of wear which allows the engine to have some play. Now, where this shop really stands out is that they didn't push anything. Eddie simply informed me of what they found, and provided the information to me clear and dry. They didn't try to oversell, they didn't try to push me into unnecessary repairs, they actually made me feel much more at ease about the car and that my "issues" were fairly minimal and just wear and tear items. As I mentioned, I've never owned a Euro model vehicle so I was concerned that my wallet was about to cry. Most of the "issues" are due to my own modifications made to the car (like shaking due to larger wheels since I put on 10 inch wide wheels and tires) and not anything wrong with the car itself. They genuinely seem to care. As I was waiting, one of the techs walked by and struck up conversation, which is incredible in our ever growing anti-social world so they seem like a big, happy family here. Monaco won me over, and I'll probably continue bringing my car here forever as the pricing was fair, and the cost of oil changes at the "cheap" stations are increasing more and more so while you might pay a little extra here, it's worth it for the sheer fact that you also get a pretty good, comprehensive look at your car to make sure things are up to par. While it's only my first experience here, it was a textbook perfect interaction that quickly gave me the confidence that they are not here to simply rip you off like some other shops are. They care.

50% more expensive than the other local Porsche independent shop. Took my car in charged $450 for diagnostics (dealer wanted $250, other shop $200 for the same test). They wouldn't credit the diagnostics if you did the repair like everyone else, so it was a no brainer to go get a second opinion. Glad I did and you should too. Monaco wanted $3800 with the warning "not sure what we will find it could be a lot more". I'm sure I know how that would have turned out from the other reviews- huge red flag. Other shop only $2800 with of course no secondary issues doing the work. Save yourself some money and look somewhere else, or if you want to pay through the nose, just go to a dealer and at least get a free loaner. It looks like they try to discredit 1 star reviews by saying they didn’t actually get service, so I attached my bill as proof.
