Molina Wheels and Tires

BEWARE please please do not come here! They will scam you and sell you a worn out tire. My mom kindly took my car in due to having two bubbles which the tire are not usuable. I bought a used tire for $50 and it was balder than the man working there. I go in and first asked for a replacement and saying how they are going to charge labor and all this nonsense. I asked for my old tire back and I will go take it to another shop, just wanted my refund at that point. They tried and tell me my tire is going to pop and I’m making a mistake. YET they wrote on it with paint NEW $135. They were going to sell my tire with 2 bubbles and advertise it as new and sell it for $135! Which should’ve been thrown out to begin with. BE CAREFUL you’re putting yourself in danger driving with worn out tires thinking you bought a new one, & the used ones are even worse.. The fact that they advertise them as new is scary. They gave me $30 back and kept $20 plus my mom tipped $5, they scammed my poor mom and she does not know better. The picture is the bald tire they gave me for $50.

AVOID. SCAMERS. UNPROFESSIONAL. I came here to get a tire rotation and to buy a used tire since I want to wait a couple more months so I can afford a new set in a couple of months. First of all, 30 dollars for a rotation is expensive, but whatever. Then the tire was 50 dollars. I still did it because I just needed the work done and I wanted to move on. I didn't care. This was supposed to be a one time thing and that's it. When one of the guys, who doesn't speak and just goes off of signs, was tightening the nuts on the wheels, he BROKE a wheel STUD. Then he shows it to the other worker who talked to me and they said that it was supposed break and that the stud was old and it was wearing out. This has NEVER happened to me before. THE TORQUE IS TOO HIGH. I talked to the ONWER and he didn't even know the TORQUE! SERIOUSLY!? How do you NOT know the TORQUE? That is super important if you are a TIRE AND WHEEL SHOP. Then they wanted to charge me 50 DOLLARS to install a new one. I went to auto zone and then when I came back the guy said he couldn't do it in 30 minutes. THERE WAS NO ONE THERE. BAD SERVICE. THE BROKE THE WHEEL STUD AND THEY STILL WANTED TO CHARGE ME. I eventually went somewhere else to get the job done. I WILL NEVER RETURN. ALSO, the OWNER said that the studs and nuts that I bought from auto zone were "GARBAGE." He also said that major brands like MICHELIN AND BRIDGESTONE were GARBAGE TOO. He then tried to sell me some cheap tires for 560 dollars which are worth half of that price. ALL AROUND SKETCHY PLACE.

I had a truly awful experience at this tire shop. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was abysmal. The employees seemed disinterested and unwilling to help. When I finally managed to get their attention, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, the prices here are outrageous. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, with no transparency about the cost of the tires or the labor charges. They clearly prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. But the worst part of it all was the quality of the work. After getting my tires changed here, I experienced constant vibrations and uneven wear. It's clear they have no idea what they're doing when it comes to tire installation and balancing. I wouldn't recommend this tire shop to my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere for your tire needs.

I expected fair and transparent pricing, but what I got was a constant squeeze on my wallet. It's one thing to provide mediocre service, but to pair that with exorbitant pricing is downright unethical. I will not be returning to Molina Wheels and Tire for any future services, and I strongly urge others to consider their options before subjecting themselves to the poor service and price gouging that I experienced. There are plenty of other auto service shops out there that offer better service at more reasonable prices. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of Molina Wheels and Tire.

I observed him mishandling my vehicle, leaving grease smudges on the interior, and even causing minor scratches on the rims. It was clear that he lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail. The final blow came when I received the bill from Molina Tires and Wheels. Not only did they charge me for the tire change, but they also added additional fees for services I didn't even request or approve. It felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of me. Overall, my experience with Molina Tires and Wheels for a tire change was a complete disaster. Their inefficiency, unprofessionalism, and questionable billing practices left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone looking for tire services to steer clear of this place and find a more reputable and reliable option.
