At this place they will not replace parts blindly. They will always FIRST diagnose to find the real problem, then they will inform you of the best path. Even some of the Honda dealers in the area bring the cars here, to Carlos (the owner), so he can figure out the issue when the dealers cannot. I've witnessed this myself. His prices for labor and parts are honest and never marked up, and he only uses Honda or Acura original new parts. The dealer may charge you, say, 1,000 for x-y-z repairs and Carlos will charge you 1,000 too, but his repairs are even coveted by the dealers, that tells you everything.. he may not laugh, or smile, and he may just have a serious face all the time, but his actions pour his friendliness on everyone all the time. That's what I've witnessed and experienced myself while at this shop. If only he could work on all my vehicles but he only does Honda and Acura. Come prepare to wait long or leave the vehicle to be picked up another day because he has a lot of customers. I don't mind at all because when I get the car back I have the confidence that the particular issue was truly fixed. If you are shopping around for the cheapest shop then find that cheap shop and have them "fix" the issue and when you have tried other shops and you given up on throwing away your hard earned money to mechanics who are just "guessing" at your expense, then bring it to Carlos. Boom! Fixed!! You are welcome.

VERY CLEAN PROFESSIONAL AND CENTRALIZED IN VAN NUYS AREA NEAR THE new VAN NUYS HONDA DEALER (on Bessemer less than half a mile away) Carlos knows Honda/Acura from years of being employed there ! Carlos and his team are great. Took him my car for an electric power steering problem. Took it on a wensday at 3pm car was ready Friday morning. Extremely happy with his service. Would definitely be coming back.

My 2013 Civic gave me a code to change the transmission oil at 65,000 miles. I took it to the oil change place I normally go to and they told me they couldn’t do it because it took an oil they didn’t have and suggested going to the dealer. I hate getting any service at the dealer so I stumbled upon Mister Station through a google search and was pleased enough with the reviews and proximity to take my car in. First I called Karlos to get a estimate and then a couple other places to compare price. They were all pretty comparable so I decided to give this place a try. After dropping the car off he called me within the time promised and told me the service was done. Upon getting there I was surprised to learn that it was $30 less than quoted! He was honest and fair and that’s what I am looking for in an auto mechanic. The shop was clean and the service was great. I think I found my new mechanic and would recommend Mister Station to anyone looking for a Honda mechanic.

I wish they had not moved further from where I live. I am driving much less, and don't go them as often now. However, I find them trustworthy and labor costs cheaper than a dealership. Well worth trying them as your new mechanic if you need one. They specialize in Hondas. I continue to go to the new location now. The shop is upgraded and can take in more cars. Labors costs seem to be unfortunately going up, but with inflation, it is to be expected. They seem to attempt to reduce costs for costumers when they can.
