The folks at MiniTek are fantastic! I made an appointment for a Saturday, to get my newly purchased Dinan exhaust installed. Cruised in from Perris, dropped the car off, and was back on the road in a couple of hours. Also, their rates at fantastic. Thanks guys!
View on GoogleChris and his team are incredible. I took my Mini in to him for a second opinion about a strange creaking problem. A shop in Culver had tried to charge me hundreds of dollars to diagnose it. Chris fixed it that same day for free. When a window on my car got smashed a few weeks later, Chris worked with my insurance to get the car fixed ASAP and was incredibly communicative along the way. I never write Google reviews, but I think it is important for everyone to know how honest and wonderful this shop is.
View on GoogleI have been coming here for years for my Mini Cooper issues. I have tried all different Mini Cooper mechanics all over LA but I always have the most confidence taking my Mini here. Jesse is very professional and is very kind. I never had issues with any staff members here and they are always welcoming. Every single issue I have had with my car, they have taken care of it. All my future cars will be mini and I will always come here to get it serviced. They are also very transparent with pricing and reasonable. Highly recommend this place!!!!
View on GoogleAbsolute life saver, my new mechanic forever! Chris put SO much love and hard work into bringing my R50 back to life. It's never run this well since my ownership of the car, and even has better gas mileage somehow now! Chris was super patient and invited me to show me everything that needed repair and why. I've never had a mechanic so invested in seeing my car run well. What a rare combo to have a dealer's specialty knowledge yet also affordability. Thank you for reinstating confidence and enjoyability back into my Mini.
View on GoogleJess is amazing! He took the time to explain step by step what the issues were with my mini. He's super knowledgeable and patient. He also went the extra mile and checked oil etc.which he didn't have to nor did he charge extra. He also gave great tips to maintain a healthy car. Price was very reasonable. My car was purring by the time he worked on it and fixed the issues. Customer service is off the charts, they are polite and easy. I recommend them super highly I will never go anywhere else with my mini or European car.
