Dropped my car off on a Monday due to an exhaust flap actuator malfunction on my G63. Didn’t hear from my service advisor once for the four days it was in, got ghosted via text and call until my car was ready to be picked up on Friday. Texted and called multiple times a day and not a single response. I normally don’t write reviews but what sent me over the top was when I came to pick my car up, my seats were completely covered in dirt and gunk from the service techs. I don’t even treat my car this way. If you know a customer is dropping off their 200k+ car that’s been well cared for judging by its’ condition, you should have some decency to respect someone elses’ belongings. Going to have to dish out a couple hundred dollars on a detail to fix this mess. Creases everywhere, stained stitching and dirt all over the seats. What was funny was they had my seats covered with a plastic wrap when they dropped me off my keys and underneath the film was complete filth. What’s the point of using a cover if you won’t use it while performing the service / repair? I hope they take the time to review how they treat customers because I won’t be returning again.

I had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz service. Everything was handled efficiently from start to finish, and I really appreciated how well they kept me informed about my car—both the issue and the timeline for repairs. There were no surprises, just clear and consistent communication throughout. My service representative, Ivan, was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and on top of everything. He made sure to follow up and kept me updated, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, the level of service was outstanding. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend them to others.
View on GoogleMy service advisor Frank Phillips was great from start to finish. I arrived at my appointment on time. I was the second car in line. Frank advised me to wait one second and he’ll be right with me. Frank checked me in and asked what was I here for? I told him my car says I need service B but I’m think I’m here for service A. Frank had me walk to his desk and look up the history of my vehicle. He stated that I was right I needed service A. He asked that I need a ride home. He provided me an Uber and requested my phone number arranged for a Uber pick me up once my service was done. I was impressed with the video you guys sent me of you guys checking under my car doing all the services that was great. I was really impressed with that. I love that update. Frank was a 10/10 I’m definitely coming back to deal with him directly
