I had an uncomfortable experience in this place. As a woman, I felt intimidated by the attitude of an employee who confused kindness with something else, which made me feel insecure. It is unfortunate that, being a Latin business, there are disrespect for women, instead of supporting us as a community. I will not return and I recommend that other women be cautious when visiting this establishment !! MUY MAL
View on GoogleI went today after seeing the many positive reviews. I was extremely satisfied. Went in for a tire that was marking on the dashboard and Jesus was very helpful and honest. I inquired about the price for new rear tires since I would be looking into purchasing some soon and he commented that the life on the rear ones still had quite a long time to go. I'll definitely go to him for future tire problems :)
View on GoogleI love this place. It makes you feel like your doing business with family. We live nearby and our cars are constantly in need of adding pressure or replacing tires (we live next to a junk yard so there is always random scrap coming into our tires) The owner is straight forward if he can fix it he will let you know and if he can’t he’ll refer you somewhere that can. As I sit here writing this review, a customer came in in order to patch a tire. The guy removed the tire inspected it and figured out that the problem was bigger than what he could help. He explained the issue to the customer, referred him elsewhere, fixed the tire enough for him to drive to the other shop and gave him detailed instruction how to get there and a price range he should expect to pay. To make matters even better, he didn’t charge him a dime. If that doesn’t tell you the time of ownership here I don’t know what will. I will forever be a loyal customer.
