I never write reviews, but the experience I had with MBS Collision truly deserves one. I unexpectedly needed major car repairs right in the middle of the holidays, which is already stressful enough. I spent days calling and visiting over a dozen collision shops, and every single one quoted me outrageous prices with little to no explanation, zero itemization, and no effort to actually walk me through what I was paying for. Mike and Nestor at MBS were the ONLY ones who did the opposite. They took the time to research every single part, hunt down the best pricing and options, and came back with a fully detailed, itemized quote that included multiple routes I could take depending on my budget. Mike personally called me and walked me through everything step by step, answered all of my questions without rushing me, and made sure I fully understood every detail. Mike spent days tracking down the best possible deal on a specific part and refused to settle until he found the right one. Throughout the entire process, he sent me daily updates with photos and videos, keeping me completely in the loop with full transparency. There were no surprise costs, no hidden fees, no last-minute changes. I was referred to MBS by Liberty Tire across the street, who I trust very much and they didn’t disappoint. This was my first time dealing with a repair shop after being hit by a semi truck on the 405. Fortunately, I found MBS who then took the headache of dealing with the insurance away from me and were able to get more than their Adjustor’s original estimate for the damage. Not only that, but they did an outstanding job on the repairs. My car honestly looks better now than before the accident. They took great pride in their work, even just for my 2014 Honda civic. They made sure to polish it up and showed great care for the car. Very pleased with my experience. Not just for the great body repair work, but more so it just felt like they were in my corner when dealing with the insurance and helped get what my car and I deserved.
