Juan had an exceptional customer service from when I called to when I went to drop off my Prius. While working on my car he kept me informed with everything he was doing in my car. Recommend this shop not only for their customer service, also the knowledge base and price. Thank you Juan and Sr. We have a new mechanic for all of our cars.

I TOOK IT FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND HE PUT IN THE CHEAPEST OIL NOT SYNTHETIC LIKE HE WAS SUPPOSE TOO! AND ALSO SUPPOSEDLY WORKED ON A/C IT WASNT COOLING LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO , I PAYED HIM AND IT STILL BLOWED HOT AIR WHAT A RIP OFF! SUPPOSEDLY HE FIXED MY FAMILY MEMBERS CAR WATER LEAK HE CHARGED OVER $ 500 IS LIKE HE DIDNT FIX ANYTHING! SHE ENDED UP TAKING IT SOMEWHERE ELSE PAID JUAN FOR NOTHING IT WAS MICKEY MOUSE WORK! HE IS RUDE , OFFENSIVE ONCE U GET TO KNOW HIM! NEVER GOING BACK THERE! I GIVE JUAN 0 STARS!!! IS A FRAUD! I DO NOT RECOMMEND
View on GoogleI want to say that Juan was a great mechanic, and his crew helped me get my car fixed quickly. They were honest about the things that almost tore out of my car. He was sincere, and the price was affordable. Now days are tough to find an honest and affordable mechanic. I will keep coming back here and refer to my family and friends. We always require fixing the car. Thank you, Juan, for your honesty and understanding!
View on GoogleJuan and his son are awesome at working with cars , they are both very knowledgeable with cars and mechanics , Juan is an auto mechanic, expert and any problem or issue a car may have they can find it out and fix it , with Juan every problem seems to have a solution, you can’t go wrong with them! I have been taking and servicing my cars with them for years! Juan once went as far as finding me a good cheap car to buy when I didn’t have a car and was in need of one , ever since I bought that car it keeps getting better and better after every single visit I pay to Juan at the shop. They are such trustworthy, good people, after finding them I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else but to them. If you’re looking for a great mechanic, I highly recommend Juan!!!
View on GoogleSo our 2015 Journey started over-heating at around 40k miles. We took it to 2 other shops & they would keep the car, drive it around a few hours & couldn’t find any issues. We were recommended Lopez Auto Repair by a family member & took it to them & Juan meticulously checked every possible cause of our issue until he found it. One of my head gaskets was bad so the coolant would leak. They fixed it (pretty quickly at that) and since then it has been running smooth as new. Glad we went to them, they are very knowledgeable. Recommend!!
