I compared shops and prices. In terms of customer service, this is a family run business and they care deeply about their customers. I wanted every possible demographic enter the office: elderly, middle aged couples, young adults. They were treated by the store's manager, Ms. Siran, with dignity, accuracy and decency. No game playing or upselling (this happened to me at another shop: $25 to plug a tire went to $2300, I am not kidding!). When you drop your car off at Lincoln Discount Tire, you will meet Tomas, Angel and Hakob. They are nice. They care about your safety. They will give you the kind of service that you are looking for. Don't bother with the other "well reviewed" shops. This is where you are going to want to go. Now and for the future.

The staff are all very kind and seem to work diligently at all times. I had my tires replaced with Toyo ones and had an alignment done, as they suggested. The cost was reasonable, and I would like to ask for their services again if needed.

View on GooglePulling in here is the closest I’ll ever come to making a Nascar pitstop. They wave you into the service bay. Immediately the car is surrounded by people with tools who inspect and do what the car needs. It’s been like that every time I come in over the years. It’s actually kind of fun to drop in I feel like I’m part of a team! Owner is kind and the pricing always competitive and the service is team is outstanding.
View on GoogleWent to the Tire store down the street for a slow leak. Repair was estimated at $50 with a two hour drop off/wait. Came here and they did it right away, checked my oil and other tires and charged $20. When I told them I had to drive to Vegas they did a quick engine and tire check. They were thorough and showed me the damages and explained the consequences. And the prices are very, very reasonable. I have found my new car mechanics!
