I recently bought a Lexus GX 550 and had the best experience at Lexus Woodland Hills. I originally saw a post on Facebook from Jake about the GX models and reached out. From that first message, he was incredible. We talked on the phone and over text, and he helped me secure the exact model and color I wanted. I live in San Diego, so he made sure everything would be smooth when I came up to LA. His enthusiasm for the purchase honestly made it feel like he was just as excited as I was. When I arrived, everything was ready. I spent maybe twenty minutes with the finance person, who was also great, and then Jake took the time to walk me through all my settings and preferences in the GX. He answered every question I threw at him and never made me feel rushed. I couldn’t be happier with how easy and enjoyable the whole process was. The dealership itself is really nice, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I also talked with the parts department and the guys in the shop who were cleaning the car, and they were all great. It was definitely worth the drive to LA to buy my GX 550 from Lexus Woodland Hills. Five stars all around.

Lexus of Woodland Hills, specifically Sergio Ramirez at the service center, was wonderful! Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he maintained profound regular contact regarding my vehicle which needed a major service after I initially brought it in for an oil change. The service technicians were vigilant in locating a major issue and immediately notified Sergio and I. The loaner car was wonderful, and my car issue was resolved! Thank you Sergio!
