Matt is built for the job! Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He gives updates in a timely fashion and follows up when he says he will. If there are any delays or new diagnosis he relays them quickly.

View on GoogleHorrible experience. Took my Discovery in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It took them 4 hours. When I got it back, the tire pressure warning light was on, and they had over-inflated all the tires. If they can't get the basics right, how can you trust them with anything complex? The staff was inattentive and unapologetic. Will never return.
View on GoogleThe service I receive with Robert at Land Rover Woodland Hills is always outstanding. This is my 3rd or 4th service with him. I’m so pleased with the service I receive from Robert that even after I moved from Calabasas to Westlake Village 6 months ago I sill came to have my car serviced with him instead of going to Thousand Oaks. Robert takes his time to understand all my concerns and he is very clear addressing it all and explaining it back to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere well.
View on GoogleExtremely disappointing service experience. My vehicle is still under factory warranty and has multiple issues that require inspection. Land Rover Woodland Hills told me they need to keep the car for several days to run checks, yet they refused to provide a loaner vehicle. Instead, I was told I would need to wait two and a half months for a loaner to become available. This makes absolutely no sense. If a vehicle is under warranty and requires service, the responsibility should be on the dealership to properly support the customer—especially when the car cannot be used during that time. Expecting a customer to be without a vehicle for days (or months) due to warranty-related issues is unacceptable. This experience shows a lack of customer care and poor warranty support. I expected much better service from a Land Rover dealership, especially given the premium nature of the brand. I would not recommend this service department based on my experience.
