Buying tires from FixGo was incredibly easy, and I got high-quality tires at an excellent price. However, the installation process at LA&J Auto was a complete nightmare.After installing the tires shipped to them, they refused to reset my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light. I actually went back twice to ask them to reset it, but they flat out refused. Instead, they demanded $40 just to inspect the sensors and $120 to replace each sensor.Out of sheer frustration, I drove to a different tire center. They fixed it in less than a minute and I had to pay $40 for the service. They typed my license plate into their machine, and it reset automatically. Isn't this be provided during the installation? I still do not understand why I need to visit LA&J three time and they did not reset my TPMS.

Hey this is the owner of Blue Chevy Cruze that several times come to your auto. I want to say thank you to you and Walter especially, for your help to fix 5 error codes when first time scanned used OBD scanner. After 3 times fixed those problems gradually (because I had no money to solve at once), couple days ago I finally could clear the codes and passed the smog check. I had checked other auto to found out cheaper and better experience than yours but eventually I came back. Overall, I saw the price is lower than average and the patience to listen and ability to analyze are awesome. Hopefully your business becomes more success and uphold honesty as always.

The staff was very helpful, gave me good advice, and the prices were fair. The service was fast—I had all four tires changed and did the wheel balancing all in about an hour. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience. Highly recommend!
