That level of transparency is so rare. Most places just jump straight to charging you for parts without even explaining the issue. They were also incredibly honest about the condition and lifespan of each part. Instead of pressuring me with “you need this replaced immediately,” they gave realistic timelines like, “you’ve got about 3 months before this needs attention.” As a single female, it can honestly be intimidating going into auto shops, but I never once felt taken advantage of here.
