L.A. Wheel and Tire

Excellent all the way!!! I am in Washington state and was a bit apprehensive dealing with an out of state shop but the communication, quality, and service was stellar! Will recommend!!

Purchased wheels from LA wheel and tire have tried multiple times to contact them about my defective wheels. The company has not taken my phone calls or texts and emails. I tried contacting them for several days. No response

Purchased brand new lug studs for my Mercedes. I specifically asked for lug studs 32mm long as 35mm would rub the hub. Turns out these morons gave me one stud that was 35mm in length causing damage to the lug stud AND the hub. The tire shop who installed the studs didn't notice that one of them was too long. Don't trust these guys, go somewhere else. They clearly don't pay attention to details.

I purchased a set of OEM chrome wheels for my G37 Coupe. That was now over a month ago. Never got a receipt. Never get email replies. Never get call backs from messages left. Credit card was charged on 11/16, bill now paid. I have been able to speak to someone a couple of times, where I asked where we were in the process, and asked for a receipt. They always say they will call back with info or get me a receipt, but nothing. The wheels were to be shipped to my local Discount Tire Store, but they have not received them as of this AM.Next step, contact the credit card company and have the charge reversed. UPDATE: I did receive my wheels and they were perfect and the manager also contacted me, apologized and said they could have communicated better. All is good now!

I brought my tires and rims in to Steve at LA Wheel and Tire two weeks ago. It was a rainy day later in the afternoon and they were going to be closing up shop shortly due to the rain. Steve told me to bring them in anyways and that he would wait. I was coming from Corona so it would be an hour and he was still nice enough to standby. When I arrived they took my wheels right in and I went over everything with him. Steve is a great guy and we talked cars for a bit and he let me know the wheels would be good to go in two weeks (worth the wait he said). Sure enough, right before the two week mark I got the call they were ready for pickup. I arrived a little early and Fabian was able to run my card for the bill of sale and helped met get the tires over to my truck for pickup (even before they officially opened). Everyone I met, and talked with at LA Wheel and Tires was extremely helpful and personable. You can tell they take pride in their product and want to make their customers happy. The pictures can't do the wheels enough justice. The triple chrome is absolutely stunning (and a five-year warranty to boot!). Steve and his crew did me a solid and re-mounted the tires and TPMS at no additional charge so all I had to do was put them on the Z when I made it home; she sure looks great now. I had also purchased the chrome plated lug nuts to match the wheels (they have every accessory you could possibly need to make everything match perfect). Everything looks amazing and I couldn't have been happier. Thank you Steve and everyone at LA Tire! I will definitely recommend your business to friends and family. I look forward to returning to LA Wheel and Tire for all of my future chroming needs.
