BEST. SERVICE. EVER. I inherited my grandfather’s 2004 Lexus LS 430 with only 64,000 miles on it. Although it had been well taken care of, I wanted to make sure the maintenance was up-to-date. I shipped it from the Midwest, so it needed a smog check. In addition, there were a few annoying things that needed repair: Tire low pressure light was constantly on Driver’s side door wouldn’t unlock Driver’s mirror wouldn’t move (even if you tried manually) Stereo wouldn’t play Small tears in the back seat I took it to Knollwood so Bob could take a look at it. Turns out it’s in great shape but needs the timing belt done. Bob let me keep my car while he ordered OEM Lexus parts. I was in a time crunch since I was heading back to school, so Bob organized a way to get the work done with the parts that had come in so that I could have my car back in time. When I next come back, he’ll do the rest. I wasn’t sure Bob would be able to work on the stereo or the fabric tears, but he said he’d take care of those, too! Bob really goes the extra mile. He was even able to get the car a smog check for me, so I didn’t have to waste my time. I love that Bob works with my schedule and uses the right parts. Bob’s work is reasonably priced, too (look, Lexus parts are not cheap, so they cost what they cost, that’s not on Bob). Working with Bob, I have complete confidence that my car will run well now and well into the future.

View on GoogleTook my CLA 250 a few years back for a transmission issue. The dealer wanted to charge nearly 15k for a new transmission. I took it to Bob and repaired the module issue for less than a third and a few years later, car is still running fine. Now I’m taking it back for a major ABS issue
View on GoogleI’ve been using Bob for years. He has always been able to take care of my vehicle service needs. Recently, on one of my BMW’s he was able to correct an intermittent suspension problem. It would suddenly ride awful and very stiff on the freeway at high speeds. After multiple attempts by the dealer, With my car under warranty, the dealer wasn’t able to find the problem. Bob found the problem within a day and corrected it a few days later and everything is fine. Maybe I’ll be able to seek reimbursement from the dealer to cover the repairs by Knollwood Motors. Hopefully. Nonetheless, Bob solve my problem as usual
