Ian archer is hands down the best service advisor at mission hills Hyundai. Super knowledgeable and always lets you know what the dealer recommendations are for your particular vehicle. Never trying to upsell but recommends what he thinks is minimally needed according to the mileage of the vehicle. He’s one of the few people that I trust in what he’s advising. Ian also lets me know what specials the dealership is running at this particular time. This time it was 3 synthetic oil changes for 189.95 which is a slammin deal. I have a Genesis G90, 5.0. Ultimate 8 cylinder, big boy motor! I think it holds 8 quarts including the filter! Thanks Ian for being so informative, honest and knowledgeable.

I was assured that the ICCU problem would not plague my 2025 Ioniq 5. It did in the middle of the 405 FWY with a client in my car. I had the car only8 months. If it happens again I will consider hiring a Lemon Law attorney.

Listen up. I have had luxury vehicles, Mercedes, Range Rover, etc. This Hyundai dealership has exceeded my expectations and customer care. From arranging for pick up for me to arrive to, and from the dealership, to the personalized care received, it could not have been better. I arrived at the dealership For a recall repair. At 7 AM, they were ready for my car immediately, checked me in immediately, and arranged for a Lyft ride home. My customer care representative was Ian, he was phenomenal. Wonderful attitude, immediately helpful, made certain that I was totally taken care of. It was the best customer care I’ve ever received from an automobile dealership. Honestly, I love the car was disappointed about the recall notice but it’s a beautiful vehicle Hyundai Santa Fe) with all-wheel-drive. It’s comfortable for many passengers. And definitely enough cargo space for both of my dogs and crates. The gas mileage is phenomenal compared to the Mercedes G wagon I was driving, and I’m just so pleased with it. I can’t express myself. I highly recommend this dealership, I recommend this vehicle, I recommend the whole Hyundai experience. I was impressed and very satisfied.

The staff there is great. Professional and fast. Had a warranty issue, they identified the problem, gave me a loaner car, and started the work. Took a little longer than normal because of the Monday holiday but it ask worked out. Great communication from all the staff through the process

I've had my fair share of battles with this company since trying to buy my car, at the end of the day, you have to remember that the service reps and sales advisors are trying to make a living on their end as well. Considering all of these factors, I was really underwhelmed with their sales department, however, this isn't a very accurate review of their sales department because the lady who sold me my car lied to me about a ton of stuff is no longer with the company she lied to me about having a tire package⁶ť t8sthat came with the vehicle. Because when they went in there with a flat tire Detroit to sell me a $1500 plan for tires. And when I told them, I didn't have the money for that they tried to offer to finance it to me, which really p***** me off. Because it was supposed to be included. As for the other sales advisors, they have been very helpful. Anytime I go in there. When she was still there, She did not give me the time of day however, the rest of the team really picked up the slack and was always very helpful. I also thought that the service department has done a really good job. You do have to know a little bit about cars in order to escape overpaying. You need to know what your car reasonably needs and at what mileage it needs it. So you can approve or decline suggestions made. That being said it was reasonably priced for me, I spent a $104 to get all of the maintenance done required for a vehicle that has 25,000 miles on it. They're in a nice, beautiful new spot up the street from their previous location was. The previous location had horrible parking, it was very difficult to get in and out and it was tiny. This new location is large and in charge, big flat screen TVs, multiple seating areas tables comfortable couches and chairs. Wifi, free coffee, snacks and water. I feel it also important to note that I was given three months. Additional, I was given 3 months of free serious satellite to activate on my car after my last maintenance visit, which was a nice perk. The main bonus for me is the car, i bought a 2024 Tucson Hybrid Select convenience silver and black. It has a moon roof that goes all the way back on the top with glass and a black ceiling, the main car being silver. I would recommend people to go to Hyundai while also still letting them know to be mindful of what they need, what they don't need, and to use their voice, and they should be okay..
