I had such a genuinely great experience with Karen’s Auto Shop. From the start, they were super attentive and easygoing, and also really honest and straightforward. I was very clear that I’m on a budget right now, and instead of upselling or pressuring me, they walked me through what actually needed to be done versus what could wait. They made me feel taken care of, which is huge when it comes to car stuff. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and the whole process felt transparent and fair. On top of that, everyone there was just really cool and personable. It’s rare to find a shop that’s skilled, honest, fast, and genuinely considerate of people’s situations. I’m really grateful I found them and will absolutely be coming back.
