Paul at JUST TIRES went above and beyond to get me going back on the road with new tires and alignment. He also scraped off the plastic that had gotten stuck on the exhaust pipe. He offered to do that without being solicited. The gesture was much appreciated. Thank you Paul and JUST TIRES for the great customer service!!!
View on GoogleI hate leaving bad reviews and I tried to resolve this with the store manager but Paul was not willing to budge. I just moved to the area and was glad to have an automotive shop just a few blocks away. I've been there a few times and it was fine. I went for an oil change a few days ago at 5pm and was told several times it would be ready at 7, so I chose to walk the 5 blocks home to wait. When I got home there was a text message telling me their mechanic can't drive a stick so I would have to pick the car up and come back the next day. I was not happy about that and am surprised they hire mechanics who can't drive a stick AND their front desk people didn't know that. Ok, no big deal, mistakes happen, so I asked for a discount on the oil change and they said no. It was already a discounted rate and I would have to talk to the manager. I went back today and he was sorry for the mistake but Paul was not willing to offer anything in return for it. He said if he offered me any more discount they would lose money on the oil change. But the extra 10 or 20 bucks off that would have made me happy is losing a lot less than the thousands they'll lose by losing a regular customer, so that makes no sense. Now I have to waste my time and contact the corporate office of Just Tires to see if this aligns with their overall policy. Based on these reviews, the manager Paul seemed very customer oriented, but I guess not this time. If you drive a stick, don't come here. If they make a mistake, don't expect them to make up for it.
View on GoogleI had air leaking from my tire and didn’t know there was a screw in it. It was last minute on a Saturday and I had a lot to do, so I went to Just Tires. Paul was very helpful and they fixed it in about an hour. Nice waiting room with AC and coffee too. Highly recommend this place!

View on GoogleOne of the best tire service experiences I’ve ever had. I was stressed when I got a flat and was driving on a spare. I called Paul, and he was so kind and helpful. He got me in the shop immediately, helped me find the right replacement tires, and had me in and out within two hours. The service was so fast and thorough, and I was shocked with how efficient they were. Paul and the entire team were so communicative in terms of updating me throughout the process. So grateful to the entire staff for making a stressful process so easy! Thank you, Paul!
