Awesome service at Just Tires! I thought my car needed a new battery: they checked it and installed a new one right away! Arthur was great in customer service making sure everything went smoothly and I appreciate the amazing experience! Thank you, Arthur and team for helping me out with a new battery!
View on GoogleI have been to two Just Tires over the years when I had a tire issue. There is one on Beverly Boulevard and the other ine not to today on Highland Ave. There had been what appeared to be a nail in my rt front tire but when I got there it was gone.....but they gave it a good check, even put it up on the lift. There was nothing. They did not charge me. And they were incredibly nice. There are two rarities. Thanks David and colleagues.

Confirming a nail was the culprit, David provided all possible solution options. When David and I connected over the phone, he communicated extremely well ultimately supporting the solution we needed to get us back on the road quickly and safely. Go check them out for your tire needs!
View on GoogleI had the worst experience ever at Just Tires. I made an appointment from 8 AM to 9 AM to change all 4 of my tires. When I arrived there were 2 or 3 people in front of me, but since I had an appointment, I expected to be helped first. The front desk guy didn’t care at all and told me to wait until they finished with the people ahead of me. Then it got even worse. I clearly said “I have an appointment at 8 AM to change all 4 of my tires”. The guy took my keys and told me he’d call when the car was ready. I came back two hours later at 10 AM and my car hadn’t even been touched. He said it was “next in line” and that he was “waiting for the oil pot” that’s why it took too long. When I asked what he meant, he said I requested an oil change. Like seriously how can you even confuse ‘tire change’ with ‘oil change’? They don’t even sound the same. And instead of admitting their mistake, the guy started blaming me, saying that I supposedly asked for an oil change, which is absolutely not true. I was shocked by how rude and careless they were. I was super mad and had to leave because I was in a rush. They told me to come back anytime and they’d do it right away. So I came back the next day and it still took them 5 hours just to change my tires. This place is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and doesn’t respect customers time. I’ll never come back here again.
View on GoogleI brought my car for a tire replacement and was told 45 minutes. I asked at 1 hour the status and was told they didn’t have the tire but it was in its way. The manager then told his employee to go get the tire which was 45 minutes away. When asked why I wasn’t told of this, the manager said he couldn’t find me which was a lie cause I was sitting in the lobby the whole time and he also had my phone number. Three lies total and I left without a repaired tire.
