It's not often you find a mechanic who earns your trust, but Jon definitely has. I bring my work truck and my personal vehicle here and I have been very happy with the results. It's not always an easy repair, but when it is easy it's done quickly and always with advise of what to watch for next. Sometimes it's a big repair, but the work is done at a reasonable price with attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with the service.
View on GoogleSeveral minutes ago I gave a phone call to Jon's Pit Stop asking for directions and to see if a friend worked there; it went very bad. To start, a man, he sounded possibly Caucasian, didn't even bother saying the full name when answering, just "Jon", I had to verify if it was Jon's Pit Stop, and the tone in his delayed "ya" was as if I was stupid. Furthermore, I started off by asking the directions and he responded by asking who I was, despite finding this odd I told him my first name; which technically I didn't need nor want to. Continuing, I then told him I was also looking for a friend that might work there, I told him the name of my friend and he responded with an unconvincing "no", I followed up with a simple: "has someone by that name ever worked there?", he then, in a very hostile and disrespectful loud tone, started asking me who I was, what do I want, et cetera. Despite being taken aback by this, I kept my cool and told him my first name and asked my questions again, he was uncooperative at this point; I then finished the phone call by saying: "thanks for the bad attitude", to which in a smart aleck tone, he responded with: "no problem". Also, most of the positive reviews left on Google Maps and Yelp look suspicious, i.e. generic accounts, no complaints, and all whites, possibly a racist business; this is the Valley after all. To end, I never did get those directions that I asked for several times, my family and me will not be doing any business with Jon's Pit Stop, please avoid this establishment and its staff; don't even bother giving them a simple phone call.

Sent photos through text to keep me in the loop and keep clear communication, was super open about next steps and costs, and made sure to look out for my car and any issues that could happen. Trustworthy, honest, kind, and provided great service- would definitely recommend.
View on GoogleI am so happy that I took my nephew's advice to call Jon. I got several quotes to repair my window before I called Jon's Pit Stop. He gave me a quote really quick and told me he could do the job the next day for much less than the other people I had contacted. Very professional, honest and he did a great job. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
View on GoogleJon and his mechanic are amazing. They diagnose problems down to the leak! Just had my a/c condenser replaced and I couldn't be happier. Every issue my truck has goes right to Jon. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
