I’ve been coming to this auto repair shop on and off over the past 4–5 years. They recently relocated to a new spot. Without exaggeration, this is one of the most honest and fair repair shops I’ve worked with. You can comfortably let them source the parts for you, or bring your own parts and only pay for labor. They’re flexible and transparent about it. More than once, I’ve noticed that instead of pushing unnecessary repairs or extra costs, they genuinely try to give straightforward, honest advice. I used to go to the official dealership for oil changes, but after my lease ended, I’ve fully switched to this shop and haven’t looked back. The only downside is that the shop doesn’t really have a comfortable waiting area, especially for customers who might want a proper place to sit and rest, and the front office isn’t particularly modern or polished. Honestly, it feels like something out of an old Hollywood movie, dusty garage vibes, tools everywhere, bare metal, no decoration. That said, aside from this one limitation, the trustworthiness and sense of responsibility I’ve consistently seen from John and Kenny have made this my go-to repair shop.

I've been going here for a few years and John has always come through. Most recently he was able to take my car in without much notice and replace my alternator in a day. In the past, my mud flaps were hanging from the bottom of my car and he fixed them for free and sent me on my way. He's trustworthy, kind, and reliable. Thank you to him and all of his fabulous employees!

They are just tops. Full stop! I just got back from probably my 15th visit in 10 years. The reason it is that many is because I try to go to them for EVERYTHING possible. They have kept my 22 year old car running smoothly, even when it appeared it might be done; and it is almost as if they try to find ways NOT to charge me at times. Of course, I gladly pay what is required for services rendered. Obviously, the big issues are critical - such as they dealing with my transmission two years back. But it is also the little things that mean so much. I could give some great examples of above and beyond, but I won't here out of concern someone might try to take advantage. They do these things out of genuine kindness on their part, and as ways of supporting loyal, appreciative, customers. I told them I hope they NEVER retire. I have nothing to gain by stating this. Unless you are 100% satisfied, or if you have any concerns with your current mechanic, GO SEE THESE GUYS!!

I can't recommend John and Kenny enough! I brought my car in with a dying battery, and they were able to procure a new one and install it in under an hour! They were very friendly and never once tried to upsell me on anything or spoke to me condescendingly, which, as a woman, is always a concern of mine at auto shops. Pricing was incredibly fair and reasonable, and I will definitely be returning if I need any other repairs.

These guys are just good people! I came in for a diagnosis when the temp gauge stopped working on my 87 El Camino. I explained the steps I had already taken to troubleshoot and replace my coolant temp sending unit. We ruled out a mechanical issue and while they weren’t able to work on the electrical issue they printed out some schematics and referred me to another shop. I was able to fix the electrical issue on my own.
