ive been taking my cars here for over a year, they worked on my 08 lexus is250 a few times while i had it and they always get your repairs done as fast as possible for probably the best price you can find at a euro specialist shop, and now i have taken my 15 audi a3 twice since buying it in the past 5 months to do some general maintenance, first was a rear cv axle joint that i blew out trying to do a launch like an idiot, and i just got a lower oil pan replacement the other day after noticing a leak. both fixes were done very fast and im back on the road with no more issues or oil leaking so thats the best part. They definitely do quality work and are very trustworthy, i would 100% and have recommended them to anyone who has a bmw, audi, merc, or even jdm cars. Ismael has been my service advisor i think every time lmao but he is super cool and always super helpful! Absolutely love this shop. Next for me is to do my brakes here!

I was referred to JMP from a colleague and I was very please with professionalism of the staff and taking care of install of my front/back cross drilled rotors. The technician, even went the extra mile and cleared a pesky service reminder that BMW likes to do to annoy you for service. I highly reccomend this shop for quality, done correctly the first time service.

I have a 2001 BMW X5 that keep backfiring and shutting off, I took my car in after my son who had previous work done there shared his experience with me. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel and Ishmael who were really very helpful. From the onset they made sure I knew what was happening with the car. I love the comprehensive diagnosis they provide for you. I was informed about what was needed to be repaired on the car and even given a complimentary carfax repair so i could see what was done prior to my ownership. I’m really glad I found them and took my sons advice. Thanks guys

I had been here multiple times, but my latest experience ended my trust. I brought in my BMW for a drivetrain malfunction. They charged $200 for diagnostics and quoted $2,200 to replace the wastegate actuator, stating it needed immediate repair due it having failed 1 out of 5 times during diagnostic. Before proceeding, I obtained a second opinion from another well-reviewed BMW specialist. They diagnosed the same issue, used OEM-equivalent parts, completed the repair successfully in under 3 hours, test drove the vehicle, and charged roughly one-third of the quoted price. I understand shops may use different labor guides, parts sourcing, and pricing models. However, a difference of that size for the same repair raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. If the original quote reflected worst-case “book time,” that was not clearly explained in a way that justified the cost. Based on their hourly labor price they quoted me they padded the job for up to 8 hours of work which seems overly inflated for this work (even with it being 'difficult' to reach in its location). This was also not an isolated concern. On a prior visit, my tires were not rotated after I was told they would be during tire service, and I was asked to wait until the next service interval instead of the doing it when I pointed it out. Luckily I had not been driving as many mile to wear out the tires without them rotating since only two were replaced. The staff has always been polite, but professionalism also requires clear communication, consistent execution, and pricing customers can trust. Based on my direct experience, I won’t be returning.

The service was excellent. I felt very taken care of and everything was explained to me and shown to me clearly. The price was reasonable. Im aware Mercedes repairs are a bit expensive and they were cheaper than the dealer.
