Brought my RAV4 serviced and I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had an oil leak and rack and pinion repaired here. They’re the most HONEST people to fix your car. They deserve my 5 star review. Martin & his crew has done a incredible service and I hope you’ll consider them and give them a try!

View on GoogleI've been a happy customer for several years, but a recent management change has altered all the previous experiences. I took my car in for several error codes. (Lights on dash and scannable codes). Turns out the car sat for 4 work days plus 2 days over the weekend. I could never get the manager on the phone and had to show up in person. On the 3rd day (Friday) I got some excuses, while it was pretty evident that it had not been touched. On Monday afternoon I was told that they might have some news in a couple of hours. Monday after 4:30 I returned my rental car and requested my car back. The manager got huffy and actually got angry with me for asking for my car. The new manager has in my opinion completely changed the customer experience. Used to be great when Jim was around. A shame that it has gone down hill so far with the new manager.
View on GoogleBrought my car here and I have to say Im impressed, not only did they help me schedule an appointment but also showed me what they would be doing to my car. They showed me the parts they took off and also showed me the codes that were on the car. It took a week but I have the patience and understanding that they were busy, I saw someone talking about the new manager? He seems nice and was really helpful with telling me about the pricing and what he thought would be better than just blowing all my money away. Whoever this person is clearly has no patience or understanding that they might’ve been busy. I would rather have good work than rushed work 🙏
