Great experience overall. I came in for an oil change, wiper replacement, and to check a small oil leak. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, with clear communication throughout. I also really appreciated how easy they made the process, including arranging Uber rides both ways. The level of service truly stands out compared to other premium brands.
View on GoogleMy service rep was great. The things that were probably out of her control were not so great. The warranty company and their communication was bad. I turned my car in March 26. No loaner cars available. I had to rent a car the first week. Out of desparation I asked again for loaner car. I got one. I finally got my car back yesterday April 22. $10000 was my cost. I kind of expected that, but then a %2 surcharge for using my credit card??? I had a dentist appointment to fix two broken crowns and a filling, right after I picked up my car. It was a pleasant and refreshing experience in comparison.
View on GoogleMy service guy was great. I have no complaints about him. He was courteous kind and took care of me while I was there that I would give five stars. When I don’t give five stars as to Jaguar dealership when you spend a sufficient amount of money on buying a new car and you are told do not bring it back for two years for service. You have to wonder why oil change adjusting tires all the things that I have gotten before on all the cars that I bought from Lexus Cadillac anything Jaguar in past times but this time extremely disappointed. Jaguar, you come off cheap and unresponsible attitude towards your client and customer shame on you that I would give a one star you owe your clients and your customers a free service number one within the first 7500 miles shame on you shame on the company you put such a bad taste in my experience with Jaguar now I don’t think I’d ever buy another one. Typically prompt, helpful and knowledgeable; especially Mr. Robert, who upholds the standard for excellence one would expect from Jaguar. I strayed away once and won't be making that mistake again, there's no better place for my car.

From the start, it was straightforward—I asked if he could beat what I was being quoted for an older model while I was literally sitting at the Santa Monica location. Called me back few mins later with just that, so I drove over. True to his word, not only was the deal exactly as promised—it was slightly better. The entire transaction was smooth, fast, and refreshingly easy. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Even Danny the finance guy made the paperwork portion surprisingly entertaining (or maybe I was just delirious from signing my life away… hard to say). Either way, this was definitely one of the more pleasant car buying experiences I’ve had.
