The worst place, I took my car in perfectly fine, and when I went to pick it up it was completely unusable. It had no warning lights on the dashboard before, and when I picked it up every light on the dashboard was on and the brakes no longer worked. My car was in completely different condition before taking it to that place. Please be careful
View on GoogleDo not trust him, I took my Toyota for a service and he busted, I am not even able to drive it, he blamed it on the tow truck and did not wanted to be responsible for it, I ended up paying way more to fix it
View on GoogleI just moved to LA and my past experiences with mechanics (and cars in general) hasn’t been the greatest. One of my co-workers recommended Jaek’s and I took his word. I’m glad I did. This is one of the best shops I’ve been to. Jerry and Rebecca are very kind and nice people. They were up front about everything and gave me honest advice about other car related questions. I came in just to get my brakes done and now I will continue to go in for the rest of my car needs. I live in West Hollywood and I can say it’s worth the drive knowing that I can trust them with my car.
View on GoogleWorkmanship is horrible. Changed suspension on our SUV and at first he couldn't figure out the problem, then changed the entire suspension and six months later the same problem. If you want to waste your money, go here
View on GoogleJerry and Rebecca are the best. Honest, fair, reliable service. I’ve been taking all my cars there for different reasons and never been disappointed for about 20 years. I won’t even consider having anyone else work on my cars. Jerry is knowledgeable , polite, and an excellent mechanic. Rebecca is friendly and informative about cars and lets you know exactly what’s going on and how much it’s gonna cost you to fix it.
